George Marinos

George has more than twenty years of experience in the information management, analysis, systems and e-discovery fields. He has extensive experience leading the strategic development of data management and electronic discovery services, including integrating technology and processes to assist in investigative, litigations, and regulatory matters.

George has assisted clients with information management and sharing concerns involved in mergers and acquisitions, large financial system implementations, litigation readiness and global accounting audits, as well as in preparation for regulatory reviews, internal investigations, fraud examinations, and financial restatements. He has advised clients on continuous information quality improvement programs regarding the information that is crucial to their business. He also has extensive experience working in the technology, legal and financial services industries.

George has published numerous articles regarding the critical data and information management issues companies are facing. In addition, he is a frequent speaker at industry events throughout the legal and digital technology communities. Prior to founding ICAP Consulting Group, George was managing director and practice leader with a publicly-held consulting firm, Vice President of Enterprise Information Management services with SAP BusinessObjects and founding partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers' Global Data Management Practice. Earlier in his career, George served as Director of Information Services for Watson Wyatt Worldwide, and was the Manager of Technical Services for Sullivan & Cromwell. George started his career as a systems engineer developing trading systems for JPMorgan Chase.
